Policy and Shipping

We ship to the states of NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT & SA only.
 

Unfortunately we do not ship to WA, TAS & NT as they are quarantine states that have tough regulations with plants.
 

We ship out orders every Monday to Wednesday. The cut-off time for orders is Sunday midnight. Orders placed after this time may be shipped the following week. We charge a flat rate of $15 for Express Shipping on all orders via Australia Post. We offer Free Shipping on orders over $120. 
 

Due to delays from COVID-19, next-day delivery is not guaranteed. Please also allow an extra 2-5 business days for delivery to non-metropolitan locations.
 

For large volume orders over 5kg, please contact us to discuss.

 

HOW WILL MY PLANTS BE SHIPPED?
Plants are shipped bare-rooted unless otherwise stated. This is to ensure the package is light enough for safe, cost-effective shipping and that there is a lower chance of plants getting damaged. It is also a cleaner option as soil won't be thrown everywhere if mishandled during transit. We wrap our bare-rooted plants in recyclable materials.


For plants shipped in a nursery pot, we wrap these tightly before securing them to a cardboard tube to hold them in place. Sometimes there is dislodgement of soil but this is no biggie - the plants will be fine once cleaned up. Fragile plants may sometimes have minor leaf damage but we minimise this through our secure packing.


Occasionally, there may be some damage during transit that is out of our control. We can not be held responsible anything caused by delays or mishandling of parcels by Australia Post.


In the event of your plants arriving a bit weak or limpy due to the heat or extended transit times, please give it some time to recover. It needs drained soil, a little water and some filtered sun. Some plants travel well more than others, but with roots they can easily bounce back.

Refund policy

 

Because not all living things are perfect, every plant we sell is not perfectly the same. There will always be variations so what you receive won't look identical to the photos on our website, but will look as similar as possible with careful selection. Refunds will not be issued for minor variations.
 

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for change of mind on purchases.
 

All items are carefully packaged prior to transit for safe delivery. We cannot ensure the handling by the courier and cannot be held liable for damage in transit by them. We also cannot be held responsible for damage caused to plants as a result of postal delays.
